9. Can you take the family portraits before the wedding? Yes, and I highly recommend this to everyone. The most effective way to get your family and wedding party portraits made in a timely manner is to have everyone ready an hour to two hours before the ceremony. Any portraits involving the bride and groom together can be taken after the ceremony.

10. Do you stay for the reception? It depends on how much time your package consists of. I work with you to set a schedule that will meet your needs.

11. Will you photograph a wedding that requires no flash photography? Yes, I understand the need for certain ceremonies to be free from flash distraction. However, this can sometimes cause limitations for any photographer, and I do have other recommendations if this is the case. Our competively priced packages are so valuable because their quality is optimal. To achieve these results I'll work with you and the venue to find an arrangement that is comfortable for you.

12. What is the best time of day for a ceremony? Photos can be taken at any time of the day, but there is a special "golden hour" that we really love for all of our clients to at least have some of their wedding day photos photographed during. If you'll notice the photo of the couple kissing in the upper left hand corner of this page where you can see a lovely rim of light shining around their heads which makes the photo really pop. This type of light is better found two to three hours before sunset, or about two hours after sunrise. Photos taken at high noon can often cause shadows under a person's eyes, which can be very unflattering. For this reason we always like to advise you during our meeting as to the best lighting scenarios you can hope to achieve based on your ceremony location, and time of year.

13. Do you travel? Yes, I do travel. There may be a traveling fee involved, but this depends on how far your location is. This fee only involves the actual amount it takes for me to travel.

One unique aspect of my work is that I love to have fun and connect with my clients! My creative passion shows in my work and is inspired by you.
